When we reply

Email is the fastest way to reach us about an online order, and it gives us your order number in writing. We answer every email, and if something needs to go further than the person who picked it up, it is escalated within three business days.

Store hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–7 PM. Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:30 PM. Sunday, 9:30 AM–6 PM. Eastern Time.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Processing takes one to two business days, and delivery within the United States takes a further four to eight business days.

What to include

If you are writing about an existing order, send us the order number and the email address you used at checkout. For a return, tell us which item and whether it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — that decides who pays the return shipping. For a question about a product, the product name is enough; we can check the piece before we answer.

Shipping and returns at a glance

Standard delivery is $8 and free on orders of $70 or more. Express delivery is $15. Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with no restocking fee.
