How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery within the United States is $8, and it is free on orders of $70 or more.

Express delivery is $15. Shipping is charged at checkout before you pay, and the price you see there is the price you are charged.

How long will my order take?

Orders take one to three business days to prepare and a further four to eight business days in transit.

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern are prepared the same business day; anything after that cutoff starts the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No — we ship within the United States only.

Every order leaves our store in Brooklyn, New York. If you are outside the US, the checkout will not accept your address.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the dress is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we pay it. There is no restocking fee. Email support@minimaxstores.com with your order number to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving with us.

The money goes back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement after that is your bank's timing, not ours.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry alpha sizes from XXS to XXL and numeric sizes from 0 to 20, depending on the piece.
