How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within the United States is $8, and it is free on orders of $70 or more. Express delivery is $15. Shipping is charged at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing added afterwards.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Processing takes one to two business days, and delivery takes a further four to eight business days.

We ship to addresses within the United States.
Can I return something?
Yes — within thirty days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we pay it.
What size sham do I need?
Sham and pillowcase sizes here are Standard, Euro and King; bed-size pieces are listed as Twin, Full/Queen, Queen, King and King/Cal King. Match the sham to the pillow it will cover, not to the bed. Our Size Guide sets out which of our pieces uses which system.
Do the colours look like the photographs?
The photographs are the best record we have of each piece, but screens differ and so do the rooms you will use these in. Linen and cotton in particular read warmer in daylight than they do on a bright screen. If a colour matters, write to us before ordering and we will describe it in plain terms.
Will linen and percale soften?
Yes. Both are bought partly for that: percale is crisp on the first night and softens with every wash, and linen's fibers are durable enough that repeated washing works in your favour rather than against it.
