Who may order You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details. 3. Products We sell women's dresses. Product images are photographs of the item; colours can vary slightly between screens. Where a description states a fabric, closure or measurement, it comes from the item itself. 4. Prices and currency All prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes or shipping until they are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order. 5. Orders and acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we cancel that line and refund it in full. 6. Payment Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. We do not store your card details. 7. Shipping We ship within the United States only, from Brooklyn, New York. Rates, processing times and transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. 8. Returns and refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
