The Darby is a wrap-style midi dress in a soft velvet feel, wine coloured, with long sleeves and a waist tie that comes attached rather than loose in the box.
The wrap is the shape and the V overlay neckline is what it produces: one panel crossing the other, held by the tie at the waist. A thread hole at the side lets that tie pass through and fasten properly rather than knotting on top. Despite the wrap construction the dress slips on. It is unlined, so the velvet feel sits directly against the skin.
