The Farryn is a floral maxi dress in brown, and almost every detail on it is soft-edged: frills, puff sleeves, a bow tied at the back.
The neckline is a V, and the puff sleeves are elasticised at both shoulder and cuff with frill details finishing them. At the empire waistline the fabric is ruched under the bust, which sets the skirt free from that high point down. An invisible back zip with a hook and eye closure does the fastening, and the bow ties over it. The floral print runs across the woven fabric, and the dress is lined.
High waist plus long skirt is the most forgiving arrangement a maxi dress has, and it does not need much beside it. A flat sandal keeps this daytime — a garden party, a lunch that runs long. A heel and the same dress reads as evening. Hair off the back if the bow is to show.
